The Family Resource Center helps at-risk families learn to live a better life through counseling and training.

The facility will experience heavy commercial use, dictating the specified products and the design is durable, fun, and flexible and designed for imperfection. The trapezoid shapes used throughout the interior of the space mirror the architects exterior design elements.

The specific challenge, other than the restriction of budget, was to create a design, which would allow successful selective flooring replacement as the facility ages. In addition, it was important to present an environment interesting enough for kids and sophisticated enough for adults.
Advanced Skin and Laser
Mesa, AZ
Architect: Saemisch DiBella
Designer: BAI Interiors
Contractor: Renaissance Companies
Our design goal was to create a holistic environment for their clients. The challenges were to offer a space that would fulfill the needs of the two practices, medical aesthetics and surgical, and designing a procedure room to accommodate medical equipment while being easy to clean.

We chose cool colors to express the soothing qualities of water to alleviate the feeling of a medical environment. All the design elements, from the sound of water flowing from the custom water feature to the subtle textures found in the patterns in the floor tiles and carpet, provide an overall relaxing spa feeling.
